The Logbook is required for those firs-timer Examinees only, in order to qualify in taking the Board Licensure Examination for Architects in the Philippines. Repeaters need not to submit this again.
What actually required is not the logbook, but the diversified work experience of the Examinee for at least 2 years. The Logbook in the other hand is the proof document that details the trainings where he/she went thru during the job under the direction of a mentor, a registered and licensed Architect.
The Logbook on Diversified Experience in Architecture (LDEA) is produced and distributed by the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). Click on the photos to download your own copy for free. But, remember that you need to fill-up your work experience in the original logbook for final submission. A photocopy will not be accepted. Your final LDEA should be signed by your Mentor - Registered Licensed Architect and to be notarized. To get the original Logbook, refer to your school department or contact the nearest UAP Chapter in your area.

I am in kuwait now and want to take to the exam for the first time. Can I take the exam even without my University's attestation as indicated in DT FORM 001, and just present my DFA-authenticated School DIPLOMA and TOR instead. Where and by what means could I apply for the exam this coming October in UAE, so that I could plan ahead.
